Top Pharma is a leading pharmaceutical company based in Ghana. After being successful in operating for over a decade they decided to revolutionize the way we think of drug dispensation and medical access in the healthcare industry.

We were tasked to design a comprehensive mobile application that integrates pharmacy services, medical consultations and emergency healthcare access into a single user-friendly platform.

Our Main Challenges were:
Integrating a wide range of services into one platform without creating a cluttered and overwhelming user interface.

Developing a design that is both visually appealing and highly functional, maintaining professionalism while being accessible to a broad user demographic.

Encouraging users to utilize advanced features, such as online consultations and health tracking, to enhance their engagement on the app.

Ensuring high levels of security for sensitive health information and transactions conducted through the app

The primary goal of Top Pharma mobile app was to create a seamless, intuitive user experience tailored specifically for users needing a quick and efficient access to pharmaceutical services. This included enabling users to locate nearby medical services, consult with doctors and order medication online.

Our objectives included;
