Trakk is a simple yet effective lead-generation tool for increasing website traffic, targeting motivated buyers and closing deals for agents in the real-estate industry.
When embarking on the Trakk project, the main challenge was to develop a lead generation tool tailored specifically for real estate agents that was both simple to use and effective in driving results. The challenge was in creating a solution that not only attracted motivated buyers, but also provided tangible value to agents in increasing website traffic and closing deals.

The primary goal of Trakk was to revolutionize lead generation for real estate agents by providing a simple yet effective tool to increase website traffic, target motivated buyers and ultimately close more deals. Our objectives included ;
• Simplify Lead Generation: Develop an intuitive and user-friendly tool that enables real estate agents to generate leads effortlessly, without the need for complex setup or technical expertise.
• Target Motivated Buyers: Implement advanced targeting algorithms to identify and engage with motivated buyers who are actively searching for properties.
• Increase Website Traffic: Drive more traffic to real estate agents’ websites by capturing the interest of potential buyers and directing them to relevant
listings.
• Close More Deals: Provide agents with the tools and insights they need to
nurture leads effectively and convert them into closed deals.
